اليوم قصتنا غير شكل, القصة اليوم تشرح الصراعات الموجودة في حياتنا بشكل يومي ودائم, تتحدث قصتنا عن مشاكل الارث والميراث بين الاهل وخصوصا الاخوة والاخوات.
دعونا نبدأ القصة …. سناء, هناء وبيداء اخوات وكل واحدة منهن متزوجة ولديها حياتها الخاصة , سناء لديها ثلاثة اولاد , هناء لديها ولدين وبنت اما بيداء فلديها ولد وبنتين , معظم الاولاد والبنات حاصلين عللا شهادات جامعية ومعاهدوبالطبع فان من بينهم من يعمل ومعتمد على نفسه وماض في بناء مستقبله.
الاخوات الثلاثة كانت تجمعهم المحبة والطيبة وايضا يجمعهم الارث والتركة التي كان نصيبهم بها كبير.. كانت هذه التركة عبارة عن ثلاثة محلات وعمارة ومجمع سكني, بعد وفاة والدهم السيد نعمان كانت عائدات هذه التركة توزع بشكل متساوي بين الاخوات شهريا حسب مااوصى والدهم , وهو اوصى كذلك بعدم بيع الاملاك الا بعد مرور عشر سنوات من وفاته ولا احد يعرف السبب لهذه الوصية, وبسبب انشغال الاخوات في مشاغل الحياة و تربية اولادهم لم يهتموا لهذه الوصية الا ان مرت عشر سنوات وجاء وقت تقسيم التركة حسب الوصية على ان تاخذ كل واحدة منهن حقها حسب الشرع( وهنا بدأت المشاكل) حيث ان الاخوات لم تكن لديهم الجدية في تقسيم التركة حسب الشرعل ان كل واحدة منهن تريد ان تأخذ شيئا يناسبها من التركة, كانت سناء تريد الحصول على المجمع السكني , اما هناء فكانت تريد العمارة , وبأعتقاد سناء وهناء فان المحلات التجارية الثلاثة المتبقية كافية جدا لاختهم الاخرى بيداء وهذ هو حقها. ولكن عندما بدأ الحديث وطرح الموضوع بين الاخوات احست بيداء بالظلم الشديد ولكنها في نفس الوقت لاتريد ان تخسر اخواتها من اجل المال والارث, ولكن زوج بيداء كان غير راضيا عن هذا الظلم الذي لحق بزوجته وكانة يعتقد ان من الافضل ان توزع التركة بشكل شرعي ومنصف بأن تباع الاملاك وتوزع الاموال بالتساوي حسب القانون , ومن هنا بدأت النزاعات عندما قررت الاخوات الثلاثة الاجتماع بوجود عوائلهم وفتح الموضوع للنقاش ومحاولة اقناع بيداء ان القسمة الاولية لايوجد فيها ظلم لحقها وفعلا عقد الاجتماع في بيت بيداء

Let’s start the story…. Sana, Hana and Baida are sisters, each of them married and has her own life. Sana has three children, Hana has two sons and a girl, and Baida has a son and two daughters. Most of the boys and girls have university and institute degrees,proceeded to build his future.
The three sisters were united by love and kindness, and also by the inheritance and legacy that they had a great share of. This estate consisted of three shops, a building, and a residential complex. After the death of their father, Mr. Noman, the proceeds of this estate were distributed equally between the sisters monthly according to what their father bequeathed, and he also bequeathed Not to sell the property until ten years after his death, and no one knows the reason for this will, and because of the preoccupation of the sisters in the concerns of life and raising their children, they did not care about this will until ten years had passed and the time came to divide the estate according to the will Provided that each one of them takes her right according to the Sharia (and this is where the problems began) as the sisters were not serious about dividing the estate according to the Sharia. The building, and Sana and Hana believe that the remaining three shops are very sufficient for their other sister, Baida, and this is her right. But when the conversation started and the issue was raised between the sisters, Baida felt severe injustice, but at the same time she did not want to lose her sisters for the sake of money and inheritance.
But Baida’s husband was not satisfied with this injustice that befell his wife, and he believed that it would be better to distribute the estate legally and equitably by selling the property and distributing the money equally according to the law, and from here the conflicts began when the three sisters decided to meet in the presence of their families and open the issue for discussion and try to convince Baida that The initial division has no injustice to it, and indeed the meeting was held in a house in Baida…..
