الشمس أجمل في بلادي من سواها، إنها مقولة عربية قديمة (مثل) تخبرنا اننا كم سنظل نحب المكان الذي ولدنا فيه، بغض النظر عما نراه وكيف يصبح عندما نكبر. أنت في الأساس تحب كل شيء (التجمعات الصغيرة ، وألعاب كرة القدم، والبرامج التلفزيونية، والأغاني، والطعام والنكات، والحنان، أي شيء يذكرك بالازمنة القديمة) بشكل أساسي، ستقع في حب أي شيء يمكن أن يعيد كل تلك الذكريات.
على وجه الخصوص، إذا تحدثت عن موطني الأصلي، فسأقول لكم ان كل هذه الأنواع من الأشياء التي ذكرتها للتو حيث كان كل شيء سهلًا وبسيطًا، أسلوب حياة وطعام وممارسة كل ما تريد القيام به، يمكنك القيام به بموارد محدودة وعلى الرغم من كل شيء ذلك ، سيظل الأشخاص قادرين على إنجاز المهام والوصول إلى الأهداف بسهولة دون أي تعقيدات. وهذا ما نسميه الحياة السهلة.
في المنزل، كنا نجتمع كمجموعة مع ألاصدقاء، كنا نجلس لساعات ونتناول الشاي الساخن الحلو المذاق أو الكركديه أو شاي الليمون وأنواع أخرى من المشروبات الساخنة مع الشيشة ونتحدث ونضحك. كنا نروي كل تلك القصص عن التاريخ، والعلوم، والجغرافيا، ومسابقات القواعد ، وكنا نقضي الليل كله نشعر بأن الوقت لايمر حتى اليوم التالي عندما تشرق الشمس. ما زلت أتذكر كل تلك الأوقات وأتمنى يومًا ما أن أحصل عليها مرة أخرى في حياتي

The sun is more beautiful in my country than others, it’s an old Arabic saying (proverb) telling how much you would still be in love with the place you were born in, no matter what you see and how it becomes when you grow older. You are basically in love with everything (small gatherings, soccer games, TV shows, songs, food and jokes, and tenderness, anything that reminds you of old times) basically you become in love with anything that can bring all these memories back.
In particular if I talk about my home country, I would say all these kinds of things that I have just mentioned where everything was easy and simple lifestyle, food, practices everything you want to do, you can do with limited resources and despite of all that, people would still be able to achieve errands and reach goals easily without any complications. That’s what we call an easy life.
Back home we used to get together as a group with my friends, we would sit for hours and have this sweet hot tea or hibiscus or lemon tea and other types of hot drinks with hookah and talk and laugh. We would tell all these stories about history, science, geography, grammar competitions, we would spend all night feeling the time was running till the next day when the sun came out. I still remember all those times and wish one day I get to have them again in my life.
