هناك الكثير من الصعوبات التي يمر بها اللاجئينة وخضوضا النساء، حيث يقع القسم الاكبر على النساء، لان المرأة تتحمل الكثير وعليها اسعاد الجميع في نفس الوق ولهذا يجب التركيز بشكل كبير على المرأة وخصوصا النساء اللواتي تركن بلدهن من اجل مستقبل افضل لعائلاتهن.ولهذا علينا ان نتطرق الى ماتحتاج اليه اللاجئة
أولا الاهتمام بها بشكل كبير وقدير المعاناة التي مرت بها والصعوبات التي سوف تواجهها عند الوصول الى بلد غريب. كيف يتم هذا… نعود الى بداية الحكاية، عندما تصل النساء اللاجئات هناك منظمات متخصصة لاستقبالهم ثم يتم تحديد مواعيد الطبيب والمدرسة والاولاد وايضا تحديد مواعيد لاكمال الاوراق الرسمة، ولكن هل هذا العمل يكفي؟ طبعا لا! لماذا؟ لان النساء بصورة عامة يعمملون بشكل اكبر واكثر بكثير من طاقتهن وهذا شئ معروف. فأالنساء اللاجئات يبحثن عن فرص كثيرة لاثبات ناطهن وجدارتهن بالعمل فضلا عن ان معظم النساء المغتربات كن نساء عاملات ويحملن شهادات جامعية ولهذا فانهن يحتجن الى دعم اكبر بكثير ولكن كيف؟ اولا اللغة، فاللغة هي العنصر الاساسي الرابط مع المجتمع حيث لايمكن التواصل بدون معرفة اللغة، ولهذاى فأن على المنظماتى التركيز على توفير دروس لغة مكثفة وحقيقية وبواقع اكثر من ثلاثة دروس في الاسبوع الواحد حيث سيساعد النساء المغتربات على التعلم بشكل اسرع وستساعدهم في التواصل مع المجتمع بشكل اكبر. توجد نقطة مهمة ايضا الا وهي التكنولوجيا التي تعد عصب الحياة الان, ولذا يتوجب التركيز على تواصل النساء ومواكبة التكنولوجيا ولا اقصد هنا بشكل محدد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ولكن اقصد سبل التكنولوجيا بشكل عام، على سبيل المثال الجميع هنا في بلدنا هذا يستخدم الايميل للتواصل بشكل كبير وتحديد مواعيد مقابلات العمل والتواصل مع المدرسة والتواصل مع الطبيب وغيرها، ولسوء الحظ فأن عددا كبيرا من النساء من بلدان نامية لاتستخدم الايميل بهذا الشكل المكثف ولهذا يصعب عليهن تقبل هذا الامر في البداية لانه شئ جديد. أنا شخصيا لم أكن افهم اهمية التكنولوجيا بل كنت جاهلة بها فهي في الدول المتقدمة عصب الحياة، ولهذا اتمنى ان تكون هناك صفوف توجيهية للنساء للتحدث عن التكنولوجيا وكيف يتم استخدامها وما هي اهميتها,ربما يكون هذا الامر بسيطا عند البعض ولكنه في الحقيقة امر مهم جدا للنساء وهذا بكل تأكيد يعطي فرصة اكبر للنساء للتواصل مع المجتمع.
كذلك يفضل توفير بعض الدروس حول عملية التسجيل في الجامعة وكيف يتم التسجيل وما هي التخصصات المناسبة. هذا سيساعد النساء بشكل كبير وملحوظ.
أما بعد….. هناك الكثير من الامور التي يجهلها البعض ولا يقدر اهميتها لاسيما النساء المغتربات ومنها قيادة السيارة, اذا وجدت بعض الدروس( الغير مجانية) ولكن بسعر مقبول للنساء فهذا سيكون امر جيد. كذلك فاذا كانت هناك بعض النساء المغتربات لفترة 10 سنوات او اكثر فمن الممكن الاستفادة من تجاربهن وعمل ورش عمل تتحدث عن تجاربهم الشخصية وما هي النصائح التي يمكن تقديمها للنساء الجدد. أنا اشجع النساء على التطوع في الكثير من المنظمات الداعمة للاجئين بصورة خاصة للاستفادة والدعم.
أخيرا اود القول ان كل هذا لن يحدث فقط بالكتابة بل بالمحاولة والمشاركة والعمل الجماعي لمساعدة الاخرين والتقدم في مجالات الحياة. وعلى الراغبين بمشاركة تجاربهم او افكارهم او مواقف مروا بها عليهم مراسلة الصحيفة للمشاركة والاستفادة.

Firstly, he paid great attention to her and appreciated the suffering she went through and the difficulties she would face when arriving in a strange country. How does this happen? We go back to the beginning of the story. When refugee women arrive, there are specialized organizations to receive them. Then appointments for the doctor, school, and children are scheduled, and appointments are also set for completing official papers. But is this work enough? of course not! Why? Because women in general work much more than they can handle, and this is well known. Refugee women are looking for many opportunities to prove their talent and competence to work, in addition to the fact that most expatriate women are working women and hold university degrees, and therefore they need much greater support, but how? First, language is the basic element that connects with society, as it is not possible to communicate without knowing the language. Therefore, organizations must focus on providing intensive and real language lessons, more than three lessons per week, as this will help expatriate women learn faster and will help them communicate with society to a greater extent. There is also an important point, which is technology, which is the backbone of life now. Therefore, we must focus on women’s communication and keeping up with technology. I do not mean here specifically social networking sites, but I mean technological methods in general.
For example, everyone here in our country uses e-mail to communicate extensively, to schedule job interviews, to communicate with the school, to communicate with the doctor, etc. Unfortunately, a large number of women from developing countries do not use e-mail in this extensive manner, and therefore it is difficult for them to accept this matter in the beginning because it is something new. I personally did not understand the importance of technology. Rather, I was ignorant of it. In developed countries, it is the backbone of life. For this reason, I hope that there will be guidance classes for women to talk about technology, how it is used, and what its importance is. This matter may be simple for some, but in reality, it is a very important matter for women. This certainly gives women a greater opportunity to communicate with society.
It is also preferable to provide some lessons about the university registration process, how registration is done, and what specializations are appropriate. This will help women significantly and significantly.
As for what follows…. There are many things that some people do not know and do not appreciate their importance, especially expatriate women, including driving a car. If you find some lessons (that are not free) but at an acceptable price for women, this would be a good thing. Also, if there are some women who have been expatriates for a period of 10 years or more, it is possible to benefit from their experiences and hold workshops that talk about their personal experiences and what advice can be given to new women. I encourage women to volunteer in many organizations that support refugees in particular to benefit and support.
Finally, I would like to say that all of this will not happen only by writing, but by trying, participating, and working together to help others and advance in the areas of life.
